To use InPhase in MS Office you will need to login to InPhase.

To add new InPhase widget images to your document simply click on '+Add' and then navigate to the book and page that contains the widget you want to insert. Then just click on the widget to insert it at the current position in your document, with the View Date and Quality that are currently selected. Once you have inserted an InPhase widget image in your document you can move it around and format it just like you would any other image.

To refresh the InPhase widget images that are already in your document simply click on the 'Refresh' button and existing widget images will be updated. Any formatting you have applied to the widget images will be retained (apart from any 'Artistic Effects', which will need to be reapplied after the refresh).

To identify a Widget in the document, select the widget and then click the Identify button in the task ribbon at the top of the app.

The quality of the images can be changed by selecting from the quality dropdown. '1' is the lowest quality and '5' is the highest. We recommend '3' for general use and '5' for printing. If you change the quality setting use 'Refresh' to update the widget images to the selected quality.

Choose the View Date for the widgets in the document. Then refresh the document to refresh all widgets to the selected view date.

If you have more than one model you can click on the settings icon (top right), which will bring up the model selection page. You may be required to login again when changing to a new model.
